KAMLOOPS PINE BUTTE & RRTS BULL SALE FEB 27, 2021

The Pine Butte Ranch horned Hereford Bull sale held in Kamloops Saturday Feb 27th showcased a first class group of powerful Hereford Bulls at their best. Repeat buyers were the main stay of these incredible bulls. Volume buyers were the Douglas Lake Cattle Co, Frolek Cattle Co, The Pat Lawrence Ranch and Mike & Tony Bayliff.  PBR 27G was the high seller that sold to Pat Lawrence for 5500.00. Right close behind was PBR 4G selling to the Douglas Lake Cattle Co for 4900.00. Then PBR 3G sold to Mike & Tony Bayliff for 4800.00. The Frolek Cattle Co purchased PBR 24G for 4600.00. NextLot bidding was huge today as lots of the bids came from online. From there the sale moved into the RRTS Charolais Bull sale with top quality bulls and the interest was high both from the ring and NextLot. The online bidding service saw incredible attention with 5 lots selling on the online system including the high seller. There was bidding action on almost every lot. RRTS Whiskey Jack 2H was the high seller to repeat buyers Stu & Jen Roberts for 6750.00 The Douglas Lake Cattle Co who were volume buyers selected the second highest selling bull RRTS Ringo 21H for 5900.00. Martin Dykens, purchased RRTS Deputy 11H for 5800.00.  Buyer interest was huge from throughout the province with buyers from Oliver to Vanderhoof and Brisco to Smithers. It felt different with a much smaller in house crowd but, a province wide NextLot connection included the whole world.  Once again Thank you to the 2 incredible Ranches that participated in this sale providing incredible bull power and to all the buyers.
