The huge crowd was treated to a beautiful beef lunch before this sale of quality started at 1:00 pm. Repeat buyers from Loomis Washington, along with BC, Alberta & Saskatchewan bidders and buyers set the stage for an electric, fast paced auction with 4 bid takers working hard to keep up with the action! The Spear Ranch, from Loomis, Washington, selected 4 of Pine Butte Ranch’s powerful horned Hereford herd sires. 85F, the high seller went to the Philip Ranch for 6800.00 and 119F brought 6200.00. Fred & Barb Watkinson selected 2 top Hereford bulls, 29F at 6000.00 and 58F at 5100.00. Other volume buyers were the Frolek Cattle Co., Kamloops, Pat Lawrence, Hedley, BC,  and Mike & Tony Bayliff of Williams Lake. RRTS Charolais kept this electric and fast pace flowing as the Squaw Valley Ranch chose Lot 57 for 6600.00 and the Spear Ranch selected Lot 50 for 6100.00. The Philip Ranch won Lot 64 for 5600.00 and Stew & Jen Roberts grabbed Lot 63 for 5400.00. Keith Cunningham won lot 59 for 5200.00.
