WILLIAMS LAKE CALF & REGULAR SALE, THURSDAY NOVEMBER 22nd, 2018

Huge receipts again this week in Williams Lake as we saw just under 2000 hd on offer. 1000 calves set the pace early Thursday morning. The Gang Ranch showcased 300 preconditioned calves. Their first liner load of 617 lb Blk Angus s/c notched 200.00. The next load of 544 lb s/c hit 209.25. The 442 lb h/c, 100 hd in one incredible group, saw 190.00. The Stirrup Ranch set the bar of quality with a liner load of 614 lb blk s/c showing 200.00 and their pen of 560 lb s/c traded at 208.25. David Bleeker saw his 500 lb Angus x s/c top 210.00. Their 600 lb s/c also saw 200.00. Marlene Bleeker had 609 lb Blk Angus s/c top 199.25 and her 600 lb h/c rolled to 177.00. Illnicki Ranch’s 587 lb Angus s/c hit 200.00, their 520 lb h/c traded to 183.50 and their 492 lb s/c reached 211.00. Barrie Jacobsen saw his 537 lb h/c notch 180.00, his 641 lb Red x s/c sold at 195.00 and the big 763 lb s/c marched up to 190.00. Pam Blain & Bruce Donaldson brought 610 lb s/c that traded to 198.50. Mighton Ranch’s 629 lb tan s/c powered to 197.00, while their 581 lb tan h/c hit 181.50. Their 481 lb buckskin h/c rolled to 192.50.  Bill Evans 677 lb Blk s/c reached 193.00. The Horsman’s, Pelican Lake Ranch, had 600 lb Angus x s/c sell to 200.00 and their 527 lb s/c sold to 211.25 and their 473 lb s/c topped 215.00. Glen & Colleen Broughton were in with 40 powerful calves. Their 533 lb Angus x s/c raced to 208.00, their 481 lb s/c notched 215.00, and their 400 lb s/c raced up to 233.00. Their 462 lb h/c powered to 190.00. Due North Logging had 607 lb Angus x s/c that topped 200.00 and their 615 lb Blk Angus x h/c marked 177.75. Gordon & Diane Puhallo showcased their herd dispersal of Twilight Ranch. Their Red Angus bred heifers sold to 1550.00, their fancy 2^nd calvers topped 1700.00 and their mature bred cows reached 1510.00. The Mighton Ranch had 1638 lb butcher cows top 73.50.
