OK FALLS CALF & REGULAR SALE, (Angus Influence) MONDAY, OCTOBER 29th, 2018

Ok Falls 75th Anniversary of this incredible Stockyard was full of unbelievable quality, as the largest sale we have had this fall in OK Falls got underway. Total receipts put us just under 1600 hd. Buying power was impressive with lots of local interest as well as the professional cattle buyers. A line up of cattle liners, all clean and ready to go, added to a smooth, well run sale. The Copper Creek Ranch set the bar high for quality & price with a ring full of Hfrd / Angus x s/c, 654 lb, topping 202.50. A fancy pen of their 525 lb Hfrd s/c hit 211.00 and their big Hfrd s/c, 700 lb, saw 200.00. Cascade Contracting set the trend with 620 lb Angus x s/c that marked 200.50 and their 521 lb s/c notched 214.00. Hazel, Wayne & Steve Pendergraft put the buyers on the edge of their seats as they showcased 32 hd of their Blk & BWF s/c, 608 lb, that hit 203.25. 26 hd of their 492 lb s/c saw 222.00. Their ring full of 526 lb Blk Angus h/c raced to 185.00 and their 445 lb h/c sold to 200.00. Brent Mountain Ranch had 520 lb s/c, Blk Angus, trade to 216.50 and their 600 lb s/c saw 202.75. Whitetail Farm’s 738 lb Angus s/c hit 200.25 and their 639 lb Blk h/c reached 177.75. Greg & Sharon Lee in with 680 lb Angus s/c that sold to 199.75, the 615 lb Blk h/c reached 178.75 and their solid 679 lb Red x h/c topped 180.00. Carl Sidwell saw his 580 lb Blk s/c roll to 209.75 and his 619 lb replacement h/c raced to 188.50. Cedar Creek Ranch’s load of 625 lb Blk s/c reached 204.25, their 517 lb s/c traded to 216.75 and the 422 lb Blk Angus s/c hit 241.00. The Carter’s were in with a 600 lb load of replacement h/c that rocked 192.50. T6 Ranch’s reputation 679 lb Blk s/c sold to 202.00 and their 582 lb Angus s/c brought 209.50. Keith & Marnie Manders showcased a ring full of 20 Blk Angus s/c, 632 lb, fancy & good, that traded to 202.75. Their 483 lb s/c saw 220.00 and 21 hd of their 640 lb Blk Angus h/c hit 185.00. Karl, Isabelle & Dave Wabnegger filled the ring with 45 choice quality Angus x s/c, 635 lb, that raced to 203.75. Their 497 lb s/c topped their weight range at 222.00. 22 hd of their 573 lb h/c rolled to 187.00 and their 500 lb h/c topped 198.50. Sumac Farm’s 644 lb s/c  powered to 202.00. Clarence Schneider brought us their top sort of 649 lb Blk Angus s/c that reached 204.00. His 555 lb Angus s/c rolled to 217.00, a ring full of the 576 lb Blk h/c sold at 186.00 and the 476 lb h/c topped 202.50. Dave & Wanda Casorso had a liner load of 623 lb Blk s/c sell to 205.75 and their 520 lb s/c brought 224.25. Their double draft of 600 lb Blk h/c reached 187.00. Dumont Ranch, Dan & Carol, came in with 723 lb Red x s/c that sold to 200.00 and their 646 lb Red x h/c traded to 191.00. Brian Ferguson & Dallas Earle in with a top pen of Gelbvieh x s/c, 620 lb, that marched up to 202.75. Their 508 lb s/c hit 229.50. Their 560 lb h/c hit 187.50 and their 444 lb h/c rolled to 207.50.
