1165 head of cattle sold in Vanderhoof May 11th.  John Bree of Telkwa sold his 590 lb. h/c 149.50, his 550 lb. s/c at 169.50.  Gordon McFee sold his 605 lb. Char s/c for 165.00 even, along with his 672 lb. steers at 166.50.  Charles & Lynn Poole sold 778 lb. Simm heifers for 130.00.  Charles 794 lb. steers traded for 131.75 and their 603 lb. steers at 159.25.  Gerald Turcotte 805 lb. steers traded to 129.00.  Ron Buck had some 660 lb. Black & Red steers sell for 159.00 and Ron’s 532 lb. h/c at 151.00, green good quality cattle.  Walt Toma 506 lb. steers sold for 170.00 even.  Eric Neumeister from Vanderhoof sold his 594 lb. Angus X h/c for 145.50 and their 614 lb. heifers at  143.75. Tom & Doug Shelford from Burns Lake had 603 lb. h/c sell for 150.00 and their 692 lb. heifers at 133.75.  Spencha Lake Ranch sold their 941 lb. steers at 121.00 and their 978 lb. heifers at 114.50.   HRH Ranch in Burns  Lake 601 lb. Simm X heifers sold for 145.50 and their 667 lb. heifers sold for 140.00.  Clint Lambert from Burns Lake 559 lb. Char X heifers traded for 153.25.  Rod MacLeod / The Down Under Ranch had some top quality Char Angus X steers at 678 lb. sold for 153.50 and  Rods 625 lb. steers 161.00 and his 649 lb. heifers traded to 143.00.  Rimmrock Ranch sold 614 lb. s/c for 156.00 and h/c 486 lb. at 166.00.  Carmella Farms / Clarence Friessen sold 917 lb. steers for 123.25.  Richard Martens 1193 lb. Angus cows sold for 86.75.  Harry Dykstra 1665 lb. traded for 77.25.
