Well a Huge thank you to all our contributors and buyers and crew for another incredible year. The last sale of 2017 here in Kamloops. 800 hd of cattle hit the sale ring. Our mix today was calves, breds & butcher cows. Victor Minnabarriet  tested our bull trade with a 1935 lb Red Angus bull, marking 94.00. He also had 460 lb s/c hit 224.00 and his 400 lb h/c raced to 225.00. The Gang Ranch showcased a liner load of top Black Angus s/c, their first ring of 61 s/c, 501 lb, raced to 228.75, their 323 lb s/c hit 267.50 and their 574 lb s/c saw 227.00. Red Rock Farm’s 772 lb blk s/c traded to 188.00 and their fancy 742 lb blk h/c rolled to 173.00. Extreme Cattle Co. from Kamloops in with a top load of calves. Their 544 lb blk s/c rolled to 220.00 and their 554 lb blk Angus h/c sold at 195.25. The Jacobson Ranch, from Clinton, had 555 lb s/c mark 214.00, a top pen of their 592 lb Angus X h/c raced to 194.00 and their pen of 442 lb h/c saw 215.00. Warren & Trudy Schweb had 542 lb Black Angus s/c race to 226.00 and 485 lb s/c hit 234.00. The Deanfield Ranch saw their 1000 lb open Hereford hfrs top 168.00, their ring of 1405 lb Hereford cows topped 82.75 and their 1340 lb butcher cows marked 82.50. The Bar M Ranch, Trace DeBoer, had 965 lb strs top 182.50. Douglas Lake Cattle Co. had a load of 906 lb Hereford hfrs sell to 173.50. About 70 Bred Cows & Heifers went through the ring today.
