KAMLOOPS REGULAR SALE,  TUESDAY JUNE 21^TH

In Kamloops, Tuesday, a solid sale of 256 head of cattle
traded through the ring. Butcher and feeder cows opened the sale with pricing under some pressure. Benedict Ranch’s 1205 lb feeder cows sold to 102.00. Devick Ranch’s 1190 lb feeder cows brought 100.00, their group of 1503 lb kill cows traded to 87.00. John & Joyce Holmes 1220 lb kill cows brought 87.50. Verlin & Candis Jantz saw their group of 1302 lb butcher cows trade to 92.50. Jeanette Munson & Hugh Watson’s 1165 lb cows sold to 93.00. Al McKinnon’s 1465 lb heavy cows brought 91.00. Ted Sikora & Karen Wilson’s 1485 lb cows reached 90.75. Stump Lake Ranch were in with a load of cows, their 1450 lb butcher cows hit 92.50.
Seven O Ranch’s 1400 lb cows brought 91.50. Telegraph Trail Ranch’s 1223 lb feeder cows hit 94.50.
Fred Woodman saw his 1520 lb kill cows hit 91.00. Carol Haughton’s 2300 Blk bull sold to 117.00. Bob & Ruth Black’s 1835 lb bull traded to 11850, while Coquihalla
Cattle Co’s 2230 lb Red bull reached 123.00. Pooles Arrow Ranch of Prince George had 2223 lb Simm butcher bulls top the day at 125.00. Feeder & grasser cattle were light in numbers, but sold relatively steady. Wendell Stoltsfus’s 875 lb steers reached 156.50. Verlin &Candis Jantz had a top group of 787 lb Angus heifers sell to 160.50, their 663 lb heifers sold to 176.00, and the 673 Red steers hit 184.00. TEAM sale Friday June 17. BarK Ranch’s 145 steers sold @ 177.50.
