John Bree from Telkwa had feeders that were in perfect condition for grass, 630 lb strs commanded 585.00 and 563 lb strs hit 625.00, while the strs at 468 lbs saw 665.00, hfrs that weighed 509 lbs were 540.00 and the 431 lb hfrs settled at 560.00. Carmella Farms had big, Simm x strs weighing 914 lbs return 390.00 and some slaughter cows at 1345 lbs brought 219.00. Garrett Ranches featured 566 lb hfrs for 521.00 and some 1378 lb cows that brought 224.00. Golden Meadows Ranch Ltd. sold 733 lb strs for 533.00 and 481 lb strs brought 665.00, 707 lb hfrs saw 444.00 and 619 lb hfrs were 530.00 and 519 lb hfrs rose to 596.00, some heiferettes at 1069 pounds powered to 345.00 and solid 1474 lb cows topped out at 226.00. Mountain View Ranch had Blk xbred hfrs at 803 lbs sell for 405.00 and a 2240 lb bull that topped out at 242.00. Poole Farms Ltd. sold Simm x hfrs at 635 lbs for 480.00 and the 532 lb hfrs were 522.00 and some cows at 1303 lbs made it to 226.00. Matts Red Angus sold a fancy sort of Red hfrs at 703 lbs for 475.00 and Leroy Taylor had 855 lb strs bring 419.00. Mike Russell sold some Simm x cows with Simm calves at foot for 6300.00. Bruce Saunders had his top Blk pairs return 6000.00. Doug and Cindy Brophy had their top Blk pairs sell for 5900.00. Dan and Georgia Dykstra had solid pairs on offer, with the top Blk pairs bringing 5750.00 and Vannebo Farms’ herd dispersal of Hereford cows had the top sort return 5600.00.
