Wall to wall cattle here in Kamloops as another 2600 hd hit the sales ring. Quality was first class start to finish. The Douglas Lake Cattle Co. had a liner load of 627 lb Char x s/c that hit 406.00, their pen of 548 lb Char x s/c raced to 426.50 and their load of 606 lb Char h/c set the record at 355.25. Mark & Cara Haywood-Farmer came to town with top calves. Their 564 lb Char x s/c rolled to 417.00 and their 469 lb s/c notched 474.00. The Copper Creek Ranch saw their powerful liner load of heavy 713 lb RBF s/c hit 360.00 and their 546 lb Hereford h/c brought 382.00. The Schweb Family Cattle show cased a load of 718 lb Blk Angus s/c selling top 364.00 and their 610 lb s/c hit 399.50. Norm Breen had 719 lb Blk Angus s/c top 370.00 and the 662 lb s/c sold to 390.00. Princeton Stock Ranch’s 753 lb big Blk s/c reach 354.00. The BC Cattle Co. show cased their 526 lb s/c that brought 438.50 and the triple draft of 445 lb s/c notch 488.00. Bruce Prebushewski’s 587 lb Angus s/c topped 431.00. Randy & Wendy Prebushewski had 752 lb strs that sold to 355.00 and their fancy 573 lb h/c hit 367.00. Cindy McLeod saw her 738 lb Blk s/c race to 360.00 and her 686 lb solid Blk h/c reached 339.50. Sierra Simmentals with Hugh & Shelley Graffunder saw their top 750 lb Simm s/c bring 359.50, the 692 lb Red x h/c rolled to 340.00. Marion & Allen Rauch had a top group of calves, their 662 lb s/c hit 380.00 and the 536 lb s/c notched 439.50. Jason & Janna Quesnel brought 709 lb Angus x s/c that sold to 365.00, their 533 lb s/c traded to 419.00 and their 512 lb h/c raced to 386.00. The Deanfield Ranch had a powerful load of 641 lb Hereford s/c hit 386.00, the Simm/Red Angus x 534 lb s/c sold to 430.00, the 617 lb Feather neck s/c brought 389.00 and a liner load of their Angus x 600 lb h/c hit 361.50. Ray & Sheila Harrison’s 573 lb Blk Angus s/c hit 421.00 and the 518 lb h/c reach 377.00. Kevin Day came to the sale with 645 lb Big Blk Angus s/c that sold to 384.25. The Turner Ranch show cased 114 top calves and filled the ring with 618 lb Blk Angus s/c that hit 391.00, then 39 hd of s/c in one lot weighed 552 lb rolled to 430.50 and their 50 hd of 519 lb h/c hit a record 380.00. Way Home Ranch had 200 hd today, they filled the ring with 60 h/c 648 lb that set in at 347.25 and then a complete liner load of 104 fancy 556 lb h/c hit 379.00. The Summers Creek Ranch saw their 686 lb Blk s/c top 379.00. Rex Peak Ranch came to town with 687 lb Blk Angus s/c that sold to 370.00, the 805 lb s/c saw 350.00, a top ring full of 614 lb s/c hit 390.00, and their 581 lb fancy h/c rolled to 365.00. Bruce Gallot’s 561 lb Angus h/c notched 379.00 and the 426 lb h/c reached 399.50. Aberdeen Farms with Jeremy Wasylyzin had 671 lb s/c hit 379.25 and the 584 lb Blk h/c reached 373.00. The Indian Gardens Ranch had a liner of Butcher cows, their weighed 1489 lb and traded to 174.50 and the 1435 lb younger cows top 182.00. Andy Ciancone also has heavy 1620 lb Hereford x cows top 183.00. Thank you to all our contributors, this was one of the strongest sales all fall and the quality was first class.
