Merle J Gammon from Lillooet put the power to the sale with 465 lb h/c reaching 361.00 and put action into the butcher cow trade with 1338 lb cows that sold to 141.50. John & Cathy Bakker had 550 lb Blk Angus calves top 360.50 and put a top on the bull market with a 1860 lb bulls that traded to 153.00. Neville & Louise Smith had 610 lb    s/c top 375.00 and their 610 lb h/c saw 337.50. The Hat Creek Ranch had 1218 lb hrfts today that set the record at 205.00 and 1257 lb cows at 144.00 Lenn Tonn had 1285 lb strs top 250.00. Russel & Barb Abel had 1273 lb younger cows sell to 145.00. The Lopez Mountain Ranch saw their 2055 lb Butcher bulls reach 157.00. Gerrit Keegstra with fancy 734 lb Red Simm x Hfrs reach a high of 302.50. Dennis Teale’s 400 lb Blk s/c hit 450.00 and the 414 lb h/c brought 417.50. Oleksandr Lytvynenko saw his 735 lb strs hit 330.00 and his 567 lb hfrs raced to 350.00. Ydoorn Holdings had 800 lb strs that sold to 317.50. Brent Deacon’s 661 lb strs sold to 385.00 and the 470 lb strs brought 420.00. Buck Lake Ranch’s 958 lb blk hfrs reached 281.00. Brian & Sidsel Gunderson had 789 lb Blk strs hit 320.00 and their 754 lb strs topped 333.00. It was show case time for The Buck Lake Ranch from Beaverdell, they had 90 cow calf pairs on offer. 6 top Red Angus Simm x young cows with huge char calves at foot hit 4300.00 and an excellent pen of the Blk Angus cows with Char calves at foot rolled to 4000.00. When we hit the Doug & Lois Miller herd dispersal sale every eye in the cattle industry found what they were looking for. This was a quality herd. The ring was full with RBF bred hfrs bred Red Angus for March calving that traded to 3600.00, the 2nd calvers traded to 4000.00 and the 3rd calvers Red and in beautiful shape trade to 3900.00. The mature Red cows, quiet and good traded to 3600.00. Alain Labrecpue had a beautiful group of Blk Angus bred cows sell to 3500.00. Gerrit Keegstra’s fancy Red Simm x bred cows sold to 4000.00.
