Good solid bred cow and heifer sale in Kamloops Friday as just over 200 bred cows and heifers hit the sale ring. Quality was really pretty decent which made for one very steady sale start to finish. Laura Neale started the sale with her 3rd and 4th calving Blk Angus cows topping 3000.00, she also had seven 3rd calvers top 3025.00. The Buse Creek Ranch show cased a beautiful pen of Red Angus/Gelbvieh x 1st calver heifers that raced to 3200.00. Pete & June Puhallo had Blk Angus bred heifers, very fancy top 3400.00 Shane Muir had his top Blk Angus heifers hit 3000.00, his 2nd calvers topped the overall sale at 3525.00 John McMahon saw his Red mature cows power to 3025.00. The J Mar Cattle Co. sold solid mature Blk Angus bred cows to 2800.00. Huge Thank you to everyone that attended todays sale. The weather, roads and quality all very good.
