The 1st load of 34 Char x s/c 611 lb set the record at 353.50, the pen of 541 lb Char s/c hit 392.50 and then the big pen of Char h/c 593 lb set in at 326.50. Jamie Law’s powerful 600 lb s/c hit 361.00 and his 468 lb h/c raced to 341.00. Dan & Colleen Law saw their 517 lb Red Angus x s/c trade to 380.00. Steven MacDougall had 741 lb Gelbvieh x heavy s/c trade to 331.75, then 16 powerful 655 lb replacement quality hfrs raced to 311.75 and the big sisters 754 lb saw 301.00. Gary Stone was in with 640 lb solid s/c selling to 340.00 and his 566 lb h/c brought 330.00. George Little’s 700 lb Red x s/c hit 336.00 and the 653 lb h/c reached 313.00. Ray & Sheila Harrison’s 673 lb Blk Angus s/c brought 338.00 and their fancy 538 lb Blk h/c sold to 321.00. Frank Riley had 656 lb Blk h/c bring 311.00. The Roger’s Family with Rex Peak Ranch saw their 602 lb Blk Angus s/c sell to 355.00, the 504 lb s/c sold to 400.00 and their 531 lb Angus h/c sold to 326.00. Lisa Fillmore had 689 lb Blk s/c sell to 334.50. The Echo Valley Ranch had 837 lb yearling hfrs hit 271.00. Justin Prebushewski had heavy 600 lb s/c hit 357.00 and his 653 lb s/c rolled to 341.50. Aberdeen Farms from Coldstream with some of the heaviest Blk Angus s/c in the sale, 700 lb that sold to 340.00, their top group of 640 lb Blk Angus h/c hit 315.75. Princeton Stock Ranch filled the ring with 700 lb Blk Angus s/c that hit 340.00, the lighter s/c 605 lb set the trend at 350.00 Norman Breen’s 649 lb Blk s/c hit 347.00 and his 604 lb h/c traded topped 330.00. The Mullin Ranch had 580 lb Blk s/c that sold to 360.00, their top load of 501 lb Angus x h/c brought 325.00. Butcher cows had more strength to them as Jamie Law had 1480 lb cows that sold to 134.00. Bob & Donna Leavitt had 1150 lb cows roll to 145.00. Fraser Ranches had heavy Butcher cows that saw 136.50. Mitchell Cattle Co’s top Butcher cows hit 138.00 and weighed 1528 lb. Indian Gardens Ranch 1492 lb Butcher cows sold to 134.00. It was again a most enjoyable day. Next week we should have another 1400 hd Nov 7th.
