Williams Lake Sale - Wednesday, Nov 3, 2021



Wednesday Williams Lake showcased 400 Hd of Bred Heifers and Bred Cows. Kyle Bell set fire to the day with 66 fancy Red & Blk Bred Heifers. His fancy Blk Simm x Heifers topped 2175.00 and his powerful RBF Heifers hit 2250.00. Ivan Thiessen saw their powerful Red & Blk Simm x Heifers roll to 2150.00. Rancourt Holdings Ltd had a top set of Simmental Heifers. Their big girls 1350 lb topped the day @ 2450.00. Andy Meints cattle out of Huston saw his beautiful Red & Blk Angus Heifers hit 2100.00 Carol Foster had a top set of Hereford Heifers bred Hereford reach 1850.00. IWR Holding out of Hixon set the pace on the Bred Cow sale with their herd reduction of black Angus Cows. The top end of their young cows saw 2200.00. Majority of the better end, sound footed, sound uttered cows fell in the 1550.00 -1850.00 range. The odd sale on younger sound cows hit 2000.00. Larz Satre started Thursday’s regular sale off with 500 lb s/c topping 204.50, and his 462 lb h/c topped 177.00. Soda Creek Indian Band had 561 lb s/c hit 200.00. Their group of 505 lb h/c hit 170.50. Martin & Mary Rossman saw their Limo h/c 475 lb 177.00. Peggy Ellison’s 926 lb Hereford x strs sold to 170.00. While Carol Foster’s 1047 lb Hereford strs brought 163.00, and the 863 lb Hereford strs reached 175.00. Gary Ellis’s 650 lb red Heifers sold to 172.00. JTR Cattle brought us a load of top-quality calves. Their 509 lb s/c top 210.50. While their 471 lb s/c hit 225.00, and their 404 lb h/c top 179.00. Next Calf Sale in Williams Lake is Wednesday Nov. 10th @ 9am and Regular Thursday Sale Nov. 11th @ 9am
